He could have been drunk yesterday.

He may/ might have been drunk yesterday.
1. 不确定的推测。 用法与must 表示推测相同。 但是must 表示肯定推测。
2. may 和 might 可以互换。 但是might 比may 更委婉，更不确定。
Will ≥ must/can’t ≥ may/may not ≥ might/might not
could have done 过去本能够做的事，但是实际上没有发生。
不能用can have done
我昨晚本可以睡着的，但是隔壁太吵了。
I could have slept last night, but the neighbor was too noise.
