During my junior high school,I have gradually developed a lot of good qualities such as being positive,being good at self-reflection and being willing to communicate.Among them,being willing to communicate is the quality which has benefited me a lot.
Last month,our class held a singing competition and each group was asked to take part in it.However,it seemed that nobody wanted to work for it.As the group leader,I felt so worried and told my mom about this.She advised me to talk about it with my partners.So,I tried to share my worries at our group meeting and encouraged them to express their ideas.As a result,we pulled together and got well prepared for the competition.When we got the first prize finally,everyone agreed that it was proper communication that made us succeed.
Looking back at the three years,there were so many precious experiences which taught me valuable lessons and being willing to communicate is the most important one to me.
