During times of war, people lose their homes, jobs, and their families are broken. So the war can bring about hunger.
War is a horrible thing, so we should avoid it at all costs. Human beings have been fighting one another since the beginning of time. They fight over various things, from religion to money. There are no winners in a war, because in the end, many people on both sides end up dying. The only way for any country to win a war is not to fight at all. Peace is the only answer.
Around 135 million people had been facing food shortages before the coronavirus outbreak, but
now 130 million more could go hungry in 2020, said Arif Husain, chief economist at the World
Food Program. Altogether, 265 million people are being pushed to the brink of starvation by the COVID-19 crisis.
